Krati is an HR Professional with more than 13 years of progressive & insightful experience in various sectors like education, retail, and financial services entailing astute knowledge about various HR activities, HR systems & practices. She has worked with organizations such as Future Group, Aditya Birla Capital, Indiabulls Financial Services and Lodha Ventures. Krati has a proven track record of designing and reinventing different HR policies and processes that enable a well-managed and systematic HR function. With diverse experience in project management,she has proven experience of planning and executing strategic HR policies and processes.

Krati holds a PGDM degree in Human Resource Management for University of Rajasthan. She is a Certified Trainer – POSH Act. (2013), and has several certifications on Gender Sensitisation, Diversity & Inclusion (SPHR, CPD, HRCI, FICCI), and Strategic HR Consulting Skills. She is also certified in PI Fundamentals, Organizational Development Basics and Learning & Development. She has proven expertise in curating and delivering bespoke learning interventions in space of POSH, DEIB, behavioural competencies, personal effectiveness, managerial capability building and leadership development etc.
