Sonica founded Marching Sheep in 2013 with the objective of delivering tangible business value through enhanced people management strategies. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Sonica is a certified coach, and certified administrator for psychometric instruments.
She brings with her a rich experience of process design & implementation across organizations and industries, people, structure & process integration post mergers and spinoffs and of driving people & HR effectiveness metrics with direct impact on business. Having been a strategic business partner and HR leader with companies like PepsiCo, Roche Diagnostics, Vodafone, ICI paints and Philips, Sonica brings in business appreciation clubbed with a strong understanding of the role effective people management can play in driving business results. She has been a trusted HR advisory partner to several organizations and a coach to several leaders in the past few years.


Alok Kohli
Consultant
Alok Kohli is a director and board member at Marching Sheep, an angel investor, mentor and a seasoned business professional who has managed many business roles at International, India andregion level. At Marching Sheep he leads large scale transformation and OD assignments.
His past experience includes roles like CEO at 40perBeat (which he sold), Sr Director Franchise for PepsiCo India, Sri Lanka and Nepal, Business Director for the consumer business at DSM,Country director C region director at Coca-Cola India Pvt. Ltd. Alok has a successful track record of Leading multi-functional teams, Managing and building large teams, putting in systems and processes in place, driving explosive growth in revenue C profit and brings in-depth experience across General Management, HR, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Route to Market Strategy. He has rich experiences like navigating the Coca-Cola Nepal business through the earthquake crisis, making award winning ads, overseeing large complex business transitions.
Born in India, Alok graduated from Shriram College of Commerce, New Delhi and has a Master’s degree in Marketing from NMIMS, Mumbai. He is married with 2 children and enjoys travelling. He is a trained scuba diver, supports underprivileged children and mentors Transgender Youth.

Gautam Manchandani

Gautam Manchandani is a young and dynamic HR professional with expertise in Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition, Performance Management, and Incentive Structure Design. He has worked closely with organizations such as ITC Limited and PepsiCo, contributing to large-scale training initiatives, employee engagement programs, frontline capability building, and performance-driven HR interventions. His experience includes designing and executing training programs, strengthening employee engagement, and developing reward and incentive frameworks that drive motivation and business impact. Gautam has also worked on leadership development, onboarding, and workforce capability enhancement initiatives across diverse teams.
In addition to his HR expertise, Gautam has strong exposure to labor laws, industrial relations, and labor court matters, including handling labor law cases and supporting compliance-related processes. She serves as a vital strategic advisor for organizations aiming to design and execute robust, highly inclusive, and sustainable Disability (PWD) hiring frameworks.
Beyond her specialized advocacy work, Tanuja possesses extensive expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition. She is highly adept at closing critical technical and non-technical talent gaps across major corporate hubs.

Ms. Deepali Nath
Founder & Director – Solutio Global
Deepali Nath has over 30 years’ experience, both at the national and international level, working in the development sector. She has worked across “not for profit” and “for profit” organisations and has extensive experience of leading both types of organisations. Key positions held by her include: head of the social research division of Nielsen India, head of monitoring and evaluation at Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative, global team member for International Development Enterprise and Director of Knowledge Management at Save the Children. Since 2016 Deepali has set up her own consulting organisation, Solutio Global, in partnership with her ex-colleague, Dr Sudeep Gadok, who was previously Director of Programs at Save the Children. The organisation provides a single platform with a full spectrum of services for organisations working in the social sector
In the last 3 decades Deepali has worked extensively in areas of knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, and research. Some of key projects led by her include: setting up and managing the Sexual Health Resource Centre (SHRC) funded by DFID; setting up the Computerized Management Information System (CMIS) for the National AIDS Control Organisation, for the International Development Enterprises (IDE), for Save the Children; creating global focus on urban programming at Save the Children, designing 2 major flagship reports for Save the Children: World of India’s Girls 2014 and Forgotten Voices: The world of urban children in India, leading the All India Evaluation of the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) Programme for UNICEF and Ministry of Human Resource Development which was the basis for revamping the MDM Program under the 10th Five Year Plan. In terms of geographies Deepali has worked across South East Asia viz. India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Ms. Sudarshana Kundu
Executive Director- Gender at Work
Sudarsana Kundu is the Executive Director of Gender at Work, where she is working with a range of organizations to drive institutional change for advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment. Through her work leading UN Women’s programmes on gender and governance, she has worked with governments and CSOs across the globe, providing recommendations on enhancing service delivery for women. She has advised numerous organizations on developing strategies that ensure public and private sector actors have a stronger social and economic impact, particularly with respect to gender equality. In the past she has also worked with a Fortune 500 company where she pioneered several new organizational development initiatives. She has a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the XLRI – Xavier School of Management, India. She is also an active board member of Nayi Disha, a not-for-profit focused on empowering parents who have children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
