Our working lives and the satisfaction we derive professionally is strongly impacted by our managers. For long, toxic Managers have been a real issue faced by several organizations and individuals. The fact they exist is not unknown. The problem arises when this issue goes unresolved, leading to frustration, stress and attrition of talent. The organization stands to loose in the long term. It might be difficult and painful to acknowledge and address the issue, specially if the manager in question is showing results, but in the long term, dealing with them will augur well for the organizational brand and productivity.
