It was an honour to be part of the #iwd2024 celebrations at Galderma.

Speaking with their employees, our founder & CEO, Sonica Aron (She/Her/Hers), delved into topics of diversity, unconscious biases, and the roots of social conditioning. She delved into the tenets of #inclusion, emphasizing that Inclusion starts with “I”.

In acknowledging the breadth of what we still have to learn, we take a step towards greater awareness and inclusivity, both in the workplace and in society.
