Another #Developmentjourney came to an end yesterday. In the last few months, we have run parallel batches for 6 different organizations from different industries- Healthcare, FMCG, Financial sector, Automotive, Infrastructure, Energy. Each journey was different as the nature of cohort was different, from #earlycareer professionals to #midmanagement to #leaders aspiring for #CXO positions. Each journey ended with every participant having a clear #goal and #actionplan, a sense of purpose, pride and confidence.
Very often, we are asked, why do we still need separate development journeys for women? The candid conversations, reflections, questions, sharing, peer learning in these sessions addresses the skepticism. The #transformation each participant goes through is palpable.
