Unconscious bias is like a navigational compass – subtly guiding our decisions and interactions without our conscious awareness. However, like a compass needle that can be recalibrated, with awareness and intentional effort, we can realign our biases toward a more inclusive direction.

It was a privilege to engage with Carrier Midea employees and facilitate an insightful session exploring the intricacies of diversity, unconscious biases, and the underlying factors of social conditioning. Led by our Founder & CEO, Sonica Aron (She/Her/Hers), participants embarked on a journey of self-discovery, unraveling the intricacies of bias and its profound impact on inclusivity. Real-life anecdotes illuminated the discussion, compelling individuals to confront assumptions and challenge stereotypes.
