Meaningful conversations, questions, reflections, discussions as we unleashed the power of diversity equity and inclusion, questioned biases, stereotypes, perceptions!

Little did we know then the momentum it will gather, the enthusiasm and love of the participants will be the glue that will keep us going. Every session makes us so proud of team Metropolis and our association with you!

For most organizations, gender equality initiatives are focused on hiring women rather than providing them an enabling environment which empowers them to be themselves and speak their minds. The result of which is a leaky bucket which we often see in organizations for Gender roles globally across levels. We recently conducted Woman@Work workshop for Uber employees in Europe, Middles East and Africa region with women participants spread across different geographies.
With focus on conversations like understanding personal identity, having the confidence to create our own table space and share expectations confidently, growth and career intentionally, yet being their own authentic selves, it was a workshop where ideas, thoughts and experiences were openly shared. Thank you Chris Folwell for having us become a part of this journey.

Diversity and Inclusion are at the core of any organization’s culture and having an #inclusive environment, where a diverse workforce thrives always has a positive impact on an organization. To delve deeper into the importance and need for diversity, equity and inclusion at the workplace, WORLD HRD Congress is conducting the 7th World Diversity and inclusion congress with prominent industry leaders. It is our honour at Marching Sheep to be a part of this conference where our Founder and Managing Partner, Sonica Aron (She/Her/Hers) will be speaking on Gearing Up for Systemic Change and also share her thoughts and experiences in the Panel Discussion along with other leaders from across the globe at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on 16th February, 2023.

Thank you WORLD HRD Congress for giving us this opportunity to spread the word among leaders of today and tomorrow that Diversity, without Equity and Inclusion is futile. To build an inclusive workplace, we need to have the right thoughts, processes and a growth conducive environment.

What happens when a bunch of enthusiastic and inquisitive people from an organization get together for a crisp power-packed program to explore how they can be more inclusive?

The beginning of yet another stellar journey with Uber EMEA team. Extremely grateful to Chris Folwell for trusting us and partnering with us as we kickstart a 3- month long leadership development journey for women talent across EMEA region. Spread across 5 batches, each participant comes from a different country, different lifestage, different aspirations, different cultures and the intersectionality of diversity makes the sessions richer in reflections, discussions and learning.

It is a 2-way learning as we iterate each session with evolving needs of the participants and we have never enjoyed ourselves more! Look forward to the upcoming sessions and many many more #heartwarming stories of grit, dreams, perseverance and so much more.
