The workplace has changed and is constantly evolving. And so are the organizational and employee needs. With the workplace becoming hybrid, leadership expectations growing, and business challenges becoming more complex, organizations need to raise their game and understand the future of learning and development. Corporates need to be prepared to the changing definition of #learning, to diverse perspectives and #learningneeds and reinvent themselves to adapt to the different modes of learning. In the recent FICCI L&D Summit, 2023 – Regalvanising the Future, our founder and managing partner – Sonica Aron (She/Her/Hers) Aron spoke on the panel with Kunal K Singh, Rachana Singh Bhal and Neeti Sharma on the Persona of New Learner. Talking about the adult learning landscape, she shared her thoughts on how it continues to evolve with the generational and demographic differences.
