Woman@Work workshop for Uber employees in Europe, Middles East and Africa region

For most organizations, gender equality initiatives are focused on hiring women rather than providing them an enabling environment which empowers them to be themselves and speak their minds. The result of which is a leaky bucket which we often see in organizations for Gender roles globally across levels. We recently conducted Woman@Work workshop for Uber employees in Europe, Middles East and Africa region with women participants spread across different geographies.
With focus on conversations like understanding personal identity, having the confidence to create our own table space and share expectations confidently, growth and career intentionally, yet being their own authentic selves, it was a workshop where ideas, thoughts and experiences were openly shared. Speaking on Gearing Up for Systemic Change at WORLD HRD Congress

Diversity and Inclusion are at the core of any organization’s culture and having an #inclusive environment, where a diverse workforce thrives always has a positive impact on an organization. To delve deeper into the importance and need for diversity, equity and inclusion at the workplace, WORLD HRD Congress is conducting the 7th World Diversity and inclusion congress with prominent industry leaders. It is our honour at Marching Sheep to be a part of this conference where our Founder and Managing Partner, Sonica Aron (She/Her/Hers) will be speaking on Gearing Up for Systemic Change and also share her thoughts and experiences in the Panel Discussion along with other leaders from across the globe at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on 16th February, 2023.
