Diversity is all around us but Inclusion is a choice. We recently conducted series of sessions on Unconscious Bias and how to build Inclusive culture with people managers of UPL across different countries. the conversations and reflections by the participants were enough to bring home the fact that Inclusion starts with each one of us, a choice which managers in UPL make every day.
