Marching Sheep is excited to kick start its collaboration with UPL with a series of engaging sessions on  diversity and inclusion with their Europe leadership team. These sessions were a mix of conversations, activities, games, reflections and a lot of fun perfectly reflecting the nuances of diversity and inclusion in the region. The sessions focused on the importance of DEI today and the role leaders can play through inclusive communication and leveraging their privilege in creating an inclusive culture.
