Conducting awareness sessions on #Inclusion and #InclusiveLeadership for an organization that has organically built inclusive culture by virtue of a sensitive leadership team and socially conscious employees hits differently.
Challenging conversations, debates on the understanding of the right thing to do, and exchanging and expanding perceptions of microaggressions, the session was exhilarating, to say the least.

We have been partnering with BraveSouls Foundation – an NGO that helps #acidattacksurvivors rehabilitate and integrate with mainstream society – for a long time in various capacities. And it was a moment of pride when our CEO and Founder, Sonica Aron (She/Her/Hers) Aron along with her family and the entire MarchingSheep Team took complete ownership and raised funds for the surgery of one of the survivors.
